 I will be going to the YMCA today to weigh myself, and more importantly, exercise! Thank you for following me! I’m not stopping. Not ever.

I’ve been still calorie counting, just not posting it here. Also, today I need to take a picture of myself and update my stats. It may be a little difficult though since I don’t have my usual room to do it in and my current room, at home, is a complete mess. I’ll still measure myself. I’ll still take a picture, promise.

Mini Protein Berry Cheesecakes

  • 1 small 170g tub of 0% Total Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp of quark (or cottage cheese)
  • 1 tbsp of coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup of mulberries (or any other dried berry)
  • 2 fresh organic eggs
  • 1/4 cup of vanilla whey

Directions

  1. Blend ingredients together.
  2. Add 1 cup of fresh blackberries.
  3. Mix berries in with fork/spoon instead of blending.
  4. Pour the mix into your mold/s.
  5. Bake at 170º C (340º F) for about 35 minutes. 
  6. Take them out, let them cool, eat them.

I’m aware that it’s been a while since I’ve posted what I’ve eaten, so I will go ahead and tell you what I’ve been eating, but not accurately saying what times, or what meal.

I’ve been eating, cautiously, trail mix throughout the day and remembering how much I’ve been eating per hand.
I’ve eaten lots of strawberries, and at one point, had pineapples added to the mix.
I’ve eaten half a cucumber, sliced.
I had two sandwiches today, w/ thinly sliced swiss, turkey, spinach, and on rye bread.
I’ve had frozen yogurt from a promo (it was a dollar per cup but I weighed and still had less than 6oz of frozen yogurt)

And yeah, that’s what I’ve been eating today.

How I exercised? I was on the elliptical for forty minutes. Every four minutes, I bring up the resistance by 2. Every 12 minutes, I bring up incline by 4. I would go running and biking (because I prefer it), but my current neighborhood is too dangerous to do either. That, and I don’t have a bike.

So anwyays! Yeah. I’m getting better despite the fact I’m no longer in Cali and no longer surrounded by inspiration.

AND! I actually, for once, wore a tank top outside of my house w/o shame. Yay!
